Keemun Tea Soupcolor

Keemun Black Tea is the most famous of China's black teas, requiring great skill to produce. The delicate leaf provides a rich, brown, lightly scented and almost nutty liquor that is terrific on its own but also takes extremely well to milk to bring out extraordinary smoothness.

This unique Chinese black tea has a fruity and lightly smoky flavor with a lingering floral aftertaste. Its medium body and mild astringency leave a smooth dryness on the palate. Some drinkers often observe notes of pine and hints of wine in this flavorful brew.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS (8 oz. serving)

1.Scoop a slightly heaping teaspoon of tea leaves into your infuser.

2.Heat water to 190° (before boiling).

3.Pour 8 oz. of water over tea leaves.

4.Steep tea for 3-5 minutes (depending on taste preference).

5.Remove infuser and enjoy tea.

POTFUL:

Simply add to your infuser one heaping teaspoonful of leaf per 8 oz. of water and place it in your pot, then add the appropriate amount of 190° water and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the infuser and enjoy.
